Mind BLMK, Herts Mind Network and Mind in Mid Herts have partnered up with local professional chef and newly Sofia, local and current MasterChef, to provide the ultimate fundraiser in March, a virtual authentic Italian Cook-along.
Whether you are a MasterChef fan and would like to meet Sofia who is on the new series, want to learn how to make some authentic Italian food while connecting with others or just take part to support better mental health, this is the fundraiser for you!
We have two virtual cook-along sessions, the first cook-a-long is being held on Thursday 18 March and the second is on Thursday 25 March both at 6:30pm.
We are asking for a minimum donation of £17.50 (per event) which will go back into supporting local people in the Home Counties area.

Once you have done that, you will receive a welcome email.
Just over a week before we will send you joining details and a welcome pack which provides you with Google Meet log in details and the ingredients required.
Week 1 – 18 March – Butternut Squash Risotto and Vanilla Gelato
Week 2 – 25 March – Porcini Mushroom Risotto and Chocolate Gelato
Sofia will talk us through how to make both dishes on the evening, so you end up with a delicious two course meal at the end!
