Would you like to participate in a new six week wellbeing course running in Milton Keynes?

If so, the course covers the following areas:

  • Lifestyle balance
  • Managing your emotions
  • Anger awareness
  • Stress awareness
  • Food and mood
  • Mindfulness

This course is funded for Milton Keynes residents and you need to be over 18 years old. The course will take place in Milton Keynes Central Library and will run from Monday, 8th May until Monday, 19th June between 11am and 1pm.
