Time to Talk Day is a campaign created by Time For Change who say:

"It’s easy to think there’s no right place to talk about mental health. But the more we talk about it, the better life is for all of us.

Too many people with mental health problems are made to feel isolated, worthless and ashamed".

Clare and Kirsty will be at Bedford Library on Time to Talk Day from 11am - 3pm.

Clare runs The Wellbeing For Later Life Project which supports people aged 55 years and over in Bedford Borough. The project has been going from strength to strength in providing people with the right support as well as practical tools and techniques to help maintain and provide positive wellbeing in older people.

Kirsty is the facilitator for Mind BLMK's mentoring service. Mentoring provides one-to-one goal focused support to individuals. The service has grown over the years and has proved to have a positive impact on those who have joined the service.

So why not pop along for a chat for Time To Talk Day? See you there!
