Anger Awareness Short Course - Milton Keynes

What will you learn?

This course will offer you an opportunity to learn:

  • Benefits/payoffs and drawbacks

  • Physical effects

  • Triggers of anger

  • Anger styles

  • What helps in anger reduction

  • Challenging thinking habits and beliefs

  • Assertiveness

  • Tools and techniques which help in anger reduction.

Milton Keynes (all courses take place in the Grafton Room, 4th floor, Mind BLMK, Margaret Powell House, Midsummer Boulevard, Central Milton Keynes, MK9 3BN).

The next course starts on Wednesday 14 June 2017 and runs from 7pm till 9pm for five weeks.
