About the Bedford Wellbeing Centre

The Wellbeing Centre is currently the home of an Information Point as well as Mind BLMK’s Bedford Group.

Information Point

We recognise that everyone at some time in their lives has wellbeing needs:

• Loneliness
• Depression
• Anxiety and stress
• Low self-esteem
• Sleep problems

Staff and volunteers are selected because of their interpersonal and communication skills. Support and training is provided for all staff and volunteers to enable them to perform in a confident, caring and supportive manner. Just walk in, no appointment is necessary. All enquiries are dealt with in strictest confidence.
