DBT Graduate Peer Support Group - Bedford Wellbeing Centre Our new DBT Graduate Peer Support Group will be held at Bedford Wellbeing Centre in Woburn Road in Bedford from 10.30 am - 12.30 pm on alternate Tuesdays. We have a provisional start date of 20 November, 2018 for the first session but this is to be confirmed. Peer Support groups offer a safe space for people to share their own mental health experience and recovery journey and feel heard and supported by others. The DBT Graduate Peer Support group will be led by a Peer Support Facilitator from Mind BLMK with lived experience of their own. They will facilitate the sessions specifically for those who have completed DBT skills training or who are about to graduate from the DBT skills course. The Peer Support Facilitator will also be supported by staff from East London NHS Foundation Trust (ELFT). If you have completed the 6 month DBT Skills Training course and would like to refer yourself (or if you are a professional referring on behalf of someone) to this group please print out and complete the form here. You will also need to print out the contract here and the safety plan guidance here. There is more information about DBT here on national Mind's website. Here are some photos from the launch of the service to tell you more about it.
