Update: Mind BLMK are pleased to announce that in line with the Government’s road map to re-opening, we are now back to offering our ‘face-to-face’ services, with the option of Zoom groups in some locations. Our Crisis Cafes services are now open in all locations, seven nights per week (5.00pm – 11.00pm) for anyone needing to access crisis support.

All our services have been carefully risk assessed in line with current guidance and offer a safe and secure environment in which to receive your support.  In the meantime, we will keep you informed of any further changes and if you have concerns, please discuss this with your main point of contact at Mind BLMK, or alternatively you can call us on 0300 330 0648.

We would like to thank you all for your patience and understanding.

Milton Keynes is a thriving, growing city where Mind BLMK has been supporting people for over 40 years.

In Milton Keynes, we have a central Wellbeing Centre (based on Midsummer Boulevard) where we offer peer support and our bereavement by suicide support service. We also have a Community Garden project at York House in Stony Stratford and work across the community to promote better mental health and wellbeing.
