Mindfulness is paying attention to the present moment, without getting stuck in the past or worrying about the future. Mindfulness can be practised standing, sitting and walking, indoors and outdoors. Mindfulness can be a simple 5 minute or 5 hour practice - it can be tailored to suit your own needs.

Mindfulness is not about emptying your mind of thoughts; it's about observing the way you think and feel. By learning the art of mindfulness you can change the way you manage and react to stressful situations.
