Milton Keynes Wellbeing Intervention Groups 

Participating in a group helps clients build their confidence and self-esteem through connection with others. The thought of joining a group can be scary, but it has a lot of benefits. People who have joined one of our groups are almost always surprised by how rewarding the group experience can be.


Art and craft activities benefit participants by increasing self-esteem and emotional well-being by providing an opportunity for empowerment and self-expression.

Exploring Anger
A course for anyone interested in exploring and understanding anger and developing strategies for expressing angry feelings in a healthy way.

Yoga and Mindfulness
A combined course introducing basic techniques in yoga and mindfulness. Particularly suitable for improving levels of stress and anxiety.

Healthy Minds
A general wellbeing course exploring issues related to anxiety, depression, stress and sleep and helping participants build self-esteem and confidence.
