The Human Book Store project Mind BLMK is pleased to announce The Human Book Store Project which will be running in Bedford and Luton in March 2018, and will encourage participants to share the stories of their personal journeys. Do you have a story to tell? Would you like to take part in this exciting project and gain practical tools to build your confidence and wellbeing? The sessions are diverse and are delivered in small groups with the aim of meeting the needs of all the participants. You will: Have access to volunteer support. Be able to share your story with the group. Be able to create a written book. Have support for your wellbeing. Gain interpersonal skills. Have the opportunity to film your story. Have the opportunity to perform your story to the wider community. The course runs once a week from March to July 2018 at the following locations: Bedford - University of Bedfordshire, Polhill Avenue, Bedford MK41 9EA Fridays from 2pm to 5pm, starting on 9th March, 2018. Luton - Mind BLMK, Luton Wellbeing Centre, 46-56 Dumfries Street, Luton LU1 5BP - Mondays, 10am to 1pm, starting on 12th March, 2018. Eligibility You need to be 19 years+ Either unemployed/not in work or working under 16 hours a week You need support with your emotional wellbeing Initial assessment required with our training team.
