These workshops will give you the space to focus on your own mental health and wellbeing. They are designed to work as a full 6 week course and as stand-alone sessions that you can ‘dip-into’ when you feel the need. Each workshop is 2 hours long and runs weekly. Dates and Times - ALL COURSES RUN IN ROOM 3, GROUND FLOOR, MILTON KEYNES COUNCIL, CENTRAL LIBRARY, 555 SILBURY BOULEVARD, CENTRAL MILTON KEYNES, MK9 3HL. Course 1: Mondays - 8th, 15th, 22nd May, 5th, 12th, 19th June 2017 - 11 am to 1pm This is a rolling six week workshop. Learners can attend all, one or some of the sessions which they choose to be relevant to their own situation.
