By attending this session, you will be able to identify how to develop skills in building resilience and understanding change in work regimes.  You will gain confidence in approaching management to seek support in regards to your own emotional wellbeing.

The course lasts one hour and there will be an additional 30 minute open room, which will offer further safe support.

Spaces are currently limited to those working in Milton Keynes and must be pre-booked.
