Join our free wellbeing webinars for those based in Luton who are over the age of 19, working 16 hours or less a week, these webinars will help provide you with the tools and techniques to support your own mental health and wellbeing.

Online flexibility enables you to attend any or all sessions provided.

Mon 12 July, 2:00pm – 3:30pm – Stress awareness
Tues 20 July, 10:00am – 11:30am – Supporting loneliness                                                    
Tues 27 July, 10:00am – 11:30am – Mindfulness
