Update: Mind BLMK are pleased to announce that in line with the Government’s own road map to re-opening, we are now back to offering ‘face-to-face’ services. Our Crisis Cafes services are now open in all locations, seven nights per week (5.00pm – 11.00pm) for anyone needing to access crisis support.
All our services have been carefully risk assessed in line with current guidance and offer a safe and secure environment in which to receive your support. In the meantime, we will keep you informed of any further changes and if you have concerns, please discuss this with your main point of contact at Mind BLMK, or alternatively you can call us on 0300 330 0648. We would like to thank you all for your patience and understanding.
Central Bedfordshire includes our Wellbeing Centre in Leighton Buzzard alongside our services in Ampthill, Biggleswade and Dunstable.
We work across Central Bedfordshire, providing a range of support including community-based peer support groups, mentoring, our Mind Matters groups and a selection of activities that aim to support positive mental health and wellbeing.
