- Lighthouse Young People’s Group
Lighthouse is our young people’s group, aimed at those aged 18 – 30 year olds.
Based at the Luton Wellbeing Centre, Lighthouse is a free social and activity group that supports the mental health and wellbeing of young people. Groups are lead by one of the centre recovery workers and will include discussions around a variety of wellbeing topics including ways to build resilience and self care. Session may introduce different tools to support wellbeing including mindfulness and art.
The group is open every Thursday between 1.00 – 2.30 pm at Luton Wellbeing Centre, 46-56 Dumfries Street, Luton. The group can also be accessed via Zoom.
New members are always welcome to attend but we do need all of our new members to complete a referral and initial assessment before they come along. You can do this by clicking on the ‘Access Support’ button at the top right of this page.
