- Support for Young People
If you are going through a difficult time or struggling with how you’re feeling, it can be really overwhelming. Whatever you’re feeling right now, we’re here for you.
At Mind BLMK, we offer a range of services for young people aged 14 – 30 years old across Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes. Our trained youth mental health workers provide resources, tools, information and advice. We aim to help support positive mental health, wellbeing, and strengthening resilience.
Here are the youth services we currently offer, and some further resources:
There are many other organisations that offer amazing support for young people around the clock.
If you need immediate help outside of our Young Person’s Sanctuary hours (4pm – 10pm), check out the ‘Young People’s Resources’ button above where you can find a list of useful phonelines, websites, apps and messaging services.
Involve – Influence and Participation
Involve is Mind BLMK’s Influence and Participation programme and we are currently recruiting for a Younger Person’s Advisory Panel. This to get a better understanding of younger peoples experiences from the very beginning and building into a panel of younger people helping to shape our services in their area.
