The Hub operates in four locations in Central Bedfordshire: Ampthill, Biggleswade, Dunstable and Leighton Buzzard.
A variety of face-to-face interventions are available in each location over 2 days, all of which are fully funded and free to access. The Hub offers access to:
Structured 1.5 hour education and learning sessions covering a range of mental health and wellbeing-related topics. Sessions may cover subjects such as anxiety management, depression, food and mood, loneliness, self-esteem and developing confidence. Sessions aim to develop skills and knowledge and enhance wellbeing.

Up to 4 x 1-hour sessions of individualised support with one of our Community Wellbeing Navigators. Support begins by exploring the factors currently affecting a person’s mental wellbeing and by identifying immediate priorities which then go into a co-produced action plan. Using the action plan as a guide further sessions might include:
People will exit the service with an updated plan, a toolkit of resources and knowledge and feeling better able to manage their mental health and wellbeing.

A 30-minute break to connect with others over a brew or lunch (not provided) in a safe, non-judgemental environment. Sessions also provide an opportunity to update on local community-based services, ways to participate and other useful signposting and resources.
In addition to face-to-face day services, people can also access a weekly topic-based, online evening group.
Once registered for the service individuals can choose to attend as many or as few of the interventions as they wish to meet their needs. Service users are also able to move freely across all locations, with the opportunity to choose from sessions available at each location.* Every person accessing the service will be supported to complete a wellbeing star to help them identify their wellbeing goals.
