- Women’s Group
Our Luton women’s group runs every week for 2 hours on Friday, from 12.30pm until 2.30pm, from our centre in Dumfries Street. New people are always welcome.
The session offers a safe, informal and non-judgemental space to have a chat over a cuppa. Art, books and games are also available and the sessions will be supported by our recovery workers.
How to join
The session is a drop in so you can come along any time between 12.30pm and 2.30pm and stay for as long you would like between these times and there is no expectation that you attend every week – come along when it suits you.
All women are welcome to attend but we do need all of our new members to complete a referral and initial assessment before they come along. You can do this by clicking on the ‘Access Support’ button at the top right of this page.
