As you might expect our staff and volunteers are the heart of our success at Mind BLMK. We work with people aged 11 plus with mild and moderate all the way through to severe and enduring mental health problems, supporting recovery by overcoming barriers to individual achievement through a range of easy-to-access community-based services.
Our vision is simple, we want those in our communities to have the best mental health and are always striving to recruit like-minded people into our teams who can make a significant contribution to our organisational aims.
We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds and with all kinds of different life experiences. As well as being a great place to work, you can look forward to a rewarding job with opportunities to learn and develop.
