What is mental health?
Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and behave. It also helps control how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Mental health is significant at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.

Course details
- This training can be delivered as a half-day or a full day course
- Participants attending the course will receive a certificate of attendance
- Courses can be tailored specifically to suit organisational need
- Courses can be delivered on your own premises or at a designated venue through Mind BLMK
