Working Hours: 7 hours per week on Tuesdays
Salary: £4,626.44 per annum (£24,454.04 FTE)

The Role
Mind BLMK is looking for a Peer Support Worker to join our Luton Wellbeing Centre team. This is a rewarding part‑time role where your personal experience, empathy and insight will make a real difference to people’s lives across Luton.
You will facilitate group‑based peer support, helping create safe, welcoming spaces where people feel heard, understood and empowered. Working closely with the Service Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering high‑quality peer support that reflects the needs of Luton’s diverse communities.
