  • Healthy Minds

    This 6-week general wellbeing course is designed to provide participants with emotional and practical tools to support their wellbeing. Read more

  • Carers' Support Service

    Our Carers' Support Service is for all people who are caring for someone with a mental health need, or carers who feel that their own wellbeing is affected by their caring role. Read more

  • Recovery Group - Luton Wellbeing Centre

    On Monday nights, we have a group for people who can't attend the wellbeing centre during the day. Anyone can attend following an initial assessment meeting. Read more

  • Our Mentoring - Luton

    Our mentoring services provide 1 to 1 support, helping people to achieve their goals. Working with community based mentors, Mind BLMK can work creatively with people to identify and achieve a wide range of needs. Read more

  • Lighthouse

    A light that guides you through the darkest of days, Lighthouse is our new social group for young people aged 17 - 25. The group is open every Thursday between 12.30-2.45 pm. Read more

  • Luton Wellbeing Centre

    Mind BLMK offers a range of services aimed at meeting individual needs and promoting mental health recovery, wellbeing and independence. The Wellbeing Centre is five minutes’ walk from the Town Centre with its convenient bus and train links including the new Luton to Dunstable Busway. Our Wellbeing Centre is a hub for a variety of activities from a range of partners and projects which are run by our warm and welcoming staff. Read more
