Our Crisis Café services will be held each evening in Bedford, Luton, and Milton Keynes. This can be when we find ourselves worrying about everything and anything, certain worries play on your mind or finding that you a have a lot of "what if ...." worries. Mind BLMK’s Hoarding Support Programme offers he Mind BLMK’s Hoarding Support Programme offers help to those living in Bedford who struggle with hoarding. It aims to improve their safety, quality of life and emotional well-being. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The Hoarding Support Programme is delivered through weekly CBT based peer support groups, followed by 6 weeks further one-to-one support with a trained volunteer. Initially, the programme will be held virtually via Zoom, with the new cohort starting in May and running weekly, between 1-3pm. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

The campaign focuses on 'checking in with yourself before checking in online', it is an important message to remind us that although social media can be a good resource for awareness raising, virtual learning, and has been key in allowing us to stay connected with loved ones - too much time spent online, may have a negative impact on your mental health and wellbeing, particularly if you aren’t allowing yourself sufficient time away from your screen. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
