Lived Experience, Influence & Participation – we want to hear from you!

Your insight, experiences and advice really matter!

People’s lived experiences of mental health challenges drive everything we do at Mind BLMK, and, wherever we can, we actively seek opportunities for people to use that experience to get involved and guide our work.

For anyone who attends our Mind Matters Drop in’s across Bedfordshire, our Influence and Participation team will be out and about from Monday 6th February to find out what makes you tick and for you to tell us how and if you’d like to become involved.

Look out for us on:

Monday 6th Feb –  1000am – 12.00 (Dunstable)

Monday 6th Feb – 12.30pm – 2.00pm (Luton)

Tuesday 7th Feb – 10.00am – 12.00 (Leighton Buzzard)

Wednesday 8th Feb – 12.30pm to 2.30pm (Biggleswade)
