Mind BLMK Trustee takes on the London to Brighton bike ride for better mental health
Alex De Araujo, Trustee for local Mind charity – Mind BLMK is cycling 55 miles this September to promote positive mental health and wellbeing across Bedfordshire, Luton, and Milton Keynes.
After joining the charity as a Trustee in 2021 Alex has spent the last 18 months supporting General Managers across Greene King with their mental health and wellbeing. Alex works full time as the Business Development Manager at Greene King and has provided mindfulness sessions and coffee mornings via Teams to offer people the opportunity to share their experiences and find a way to channel and better manage stress.

Alex is completing the London to Brighton bike ride this year on the 19 September 2021 to help raise vital awareness and much needed funds for Mind BLMK to help support those living across Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes.
